No.6813/2015 & Caveat No.320/2015 The abovementioned application has been filed by the petitioner under Order XXIII Rule 1 and Section 151 CPC seeking to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the original application has been filed in the Registry today itself. He has handed over a copy of the said application in the Court.
It is stated in the application that the parties have amicably settled their disputes forming part of the Award in question and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 21st January, 2016. Copy of the said Settlement Agreement is placed on the record which has been signed by the parties. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made therein is
allowed.
As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications as well as the caveat also stand disposed of. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
