% 21.07.2016 Petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue wherein It is alleged that the petitioners have given beatings to respondent no.2. Injuries have been opined as simple.
Petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably during the investigation, vide compromise deed dated 21st March, 2016. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by the IO SI Ramesh Kumar PS Sultan Puri. Respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent no.2 have compromised the matter and the nature of offence, in the interest of justice,
the FIR No.866/2014 under Sections 308/323/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sultan Puri, Delhi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
