% 27.08.2018 The parties have amicably settled all their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 31st July, 2018 which is on record.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. Both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement dated 31st July, 2018. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act. Since the matter has been settled through mediation, the prayer is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue the certificate to the plaintiffs for refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

The pending application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master J.R. MIDHA, J.
