% 06.06.2018 Crl.M.A. 11345/2018 Counsel for the petitioner has moved the present application for withdrawal of the Bail Application No.1184/2018. The submission made by the counsel for the petitioner is that the Bail Application was filed which came up for hearing on 21st May, 2018 and thereafter the same could not be heard and presently the arguing counsel Mr.Vikas Pahwa, Senior Advocate is not available up till July, 2018. The prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is that he wishes to withdraw the Bail Application to move fresh application before the trial court for the grant of bail and if necessity arises, only then he will approach this Court. In the facts and circumstances, the present application is allowed and the Bail Application No.1184/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Order dasti.
