% 08.08.2017 This suit for declaration and mandatory injunction was referred to mediation for exploring possibility of settlement. Counsel representing both the sides submit that subject matter of this suit stands settled between the parties in terms of Settlement Agreement of 19th July, 2017 reached through Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Along with the Settlement Agreement of 19th July, 2017, a Memorandum of Family Settlement is appended as Annexure-A.

Counsel representing both the sides submit that this suit be decreed in terms of Settlement Agreement of 19th July, 2017 (which is based on Family Settlement Annexure-A).

In view of aforesaid, this suit is disposed of in terms of Settlement CS(OS) 235/2016
