% 06.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal since the tax effect is Rs.20,95,606/- as against the threshold limit imposed by certain instructions dated 11.07.2018. Learned counsel has produced a copy of the instructions issued by the Commissioner, Central GST dated 14.08.2018. Same is taken on record.

The appeal is dismissed for low tax effect.
