% 24.07.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order dated 18.02.2015 impugned in this petition was set aside by the Court of Sessions by judgment dated 09.08.2016 in Crl. Rev. 125/2016 preferred by the State and in the consequence the private party respondents are facing criminal proceedings and the charge for offence under Sections 498A/34 IPC, the present petition assailing the order of charge earlier passed does not survive and is accordingly withdrawn.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
