% 14.11.2017 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondentGopal Thakur is not available due to sudden illness of his mother and that Rajesh Thakur, son of respondent No.1 is present in Court with due authorization from respondent No.1 to accept the settled amount. In terms of Settlement Agreement of 6th November, 2017 arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Mr. Arvind Nagpal, Manager of petitioner-School, who is present in the Court, has handed over a demand draft of `2,50,000/- to Rajesh Thakur, son of respondent No.1, who has accepted it. In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.
