% 14.11.2017 In terms of Settlement Agreement of 6th November, 2017 arrived at between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Mr. Arvind Nagpal, Manager of petitioner-School, who is present in the Court, has handed over a demand draft of `2,50,000/- to respondent-Dharam Raj.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondentDharam Raj is present in the Court and has accepted the aforesaid demand draft.

In view of aforesaid, this petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.
