% 24.08.2018 A report has been received from the Mediation Centre, to the effect that the parties have settled their dispute vide a Settlement Agreement dated 4th May, 2018, which has been filed before this Court. Mr.Arvind Kr.Nagpal, Manager of the petitioner-school, as well as respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in court. They agree to be bound by the terms of the settlement arrived at during the course of mediation. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement agreement arrived at between the parties. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications are disposed of.
