By this application, petitioner seeks modification of order dated 23.05.2018 whereby name of the petitioner No.1 has been shown "Anmol Sharma", instead of "Amol Sharma".

From the Memo of Parties as well as the Petition and the FIR, it is apparent that the correct name of the petitioner is "Amol Sharma", however, in the cause list as well as in the impugned order, the cause title of the petition has been is shown as "Anmol Sharma & Ors". This is clearly a typographical error.

Accordingly, the cause title of order dated 23.05.2018 is CRL.M.C.2807/2018

directed to be corrected to read as "Amol Sharma & Ors.

.....Petitioners versus The State (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) & Anr.....Respndents ". 4.

The Registry is directed to rectify the error in the Computer System and correct the cause title of the case, as referred to above. 5.

The application is allowed in the above terms. 6.

The Registry is also directed to upload today's order as a Corrigendum to the order dated 23.05.2018 on the Website. 7.
