% 19.02.2016 CA 616/2016 (for withdrawal of petition) This is an application for withdrawal of the company petition. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner says that a sum of Rs.2.25 Crores has been received in full and final settlement. The details of the settlement and the monies received are set out in paragraph 2 of the application.

Mr. Nijhawan informs me that he has already indicated to the counsel for the respondent that he would be pressing the captioned application. Mr. Nijhawan further says that Mr. Pushkar Sood, who appears for the respondent has given his no objection. The application is, accordingly, allowed.
