The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.526/2016 registered under Sections 498A/406/506/323/307/34 IPC at PS Timarpur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2016. On completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed in the Court. The victim is petitioner's wife.
Initially, the case was registered under Sections 498A/506/323/34 IPC. The complainant was taken to hospital by her father-in-law and she remained admitted there for one day. Order dated 15.03.2017 reflects that FSL report is yet to be obtained.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
