% 30.05.2018 Petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that she has to appear in Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination - 2018 to be held by the Union Public Service Commission, New Delhi on 3rd June, 2018. Photocopy of Eadmit card has been annexed with the application. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of 10 days from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. After expiry of interim bail period petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
