% 10.09.2018 Mr. Mam Chand Aggarwal, Attorney and husband of respondent no.2-Smt. Kiran Aggarwal is present in Court along with counsel, who accepts notice. Attorney has been identified by SI Mukesh Kumar of police station Binda Pur. He submits that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Dwarka Court, New Delhi on 26/02/2018, therefore, respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No. 273/2013 under Sections 120B/379/384/403/406/ 415/420/448/506 IPC registered at police station Binda Pur and the consequent proceedings are quashed. Mr. Mam Chand states that mediation proceedings has been signed by him as Attorney of respondent no.2. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and

respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
