O R D E R

% 22.05.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He however, submits that since the petitioner has already filed a petition before this Court seeking quashing of the very FIR based on which the claim petition has been filed, he may be granted liberty to take appropriate steps in case the said FIR is quashed.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, does not have any objection to the aforesaid course of action. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that in case, the said FIR is quashed at any subsequent stage, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Tribunal for an appropriate order.

The pending applications also stand disposed of. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 22, 2018/gm
