The suit stands decreed against defendant Nos.1 & 3 by a consent order dated 06.02.2017.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the suit against defendant No.2.

The suit is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn against defendant No.2.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
