% 27.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to finalize the marriage of his daughter.

A Status Report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, the petitioner is involved in as many as 32 criminal cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been convicted only in five cases, in one case the sentence is pending and in other three cases, he has already undergone the sentence awarded. Considering the nature of allegations and the past record of the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
