By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on ground that he has to file special leave petition and also to maintain social ties. 2.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report petitioner's wife has been found residing along with her two minor sons aged nine years and six years at House No. B-135, Shiv Park, Khanpur, New Delhi. The petitioner is alleged to have mercilessly beaten his six years old son, resulting in his death.

As per the nominal roll the jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. Further he has been in continuous custody now for nearly three years and three months excluding remissions.

Consequently, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the W.P.(CRL) 1645/2018

sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Petition is disposed of.
