% 07.09.2020 The matter has been taken up through video conferencing in terms of directions vide Circular no.418/RG/DHC/2020 dated 27.08.2020.

EX.P. 99/2015 The matter is listed before the undersigned for compliance of directions of the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 27.11.2019. As per office record, decree holder was to place on record the particulars of its bank account alongwith cancelled cheque supported by appropriate affidavit of authorised signatory. As per office note, affidavit of authorised signatory has been filed, however nothing else has been filed.

-2application in this regard has already been moved. It is stated that the JD will take steps as per law. Judgement debtor is at liberty to take appropriate steps as per law.
