% 08.10.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 1375/2014 under Sections 302/201 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden. Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the trial out of 46 witnesses only 14 witnesses have been examined despite the fact that the petitioner is in custody since January, 2015. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

BAIL APPLN. 1266/2018

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than three and a half years and only 14 witnesses have been examined, learned Trial Court will conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
