By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition on the basis of the settlement arrived inter se the parties vide letter of handing over of possession executed between the petitioner and the respondent no.1 on 04.07.2018. 2.
For the reasons stated in the present application, which is accompanied by the affidavit of the petitioner as also the aforesaid letter dated 04.07.2018, the present application is allowed. 3.
Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
