Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to a recent order dated 13.07.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in Miscellaneous Application No.2093/2016 filed by the respondent for seeking directions to the petitioner to execute the order dated 02.02.2016 passed in OA No.4675/2014. 2.

We have perused the said order which reveals that the petitioner W.P.(C) 7530/2018

had already implemented the directions issued by the Tribunal vide order dated 02.02.2016 whereafter, the Miscellaneous Application filed by the respondent had been disposed of with liberty granted to her, that in the event, she is aggrieved by the order dated 12.12.2017, passed by the Union of India, then she shall be entitled to seek legal recourse in fresh proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid development, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is disposed of along with the pending applications.
