O R D E R

% 22.03.2016 In view of the fact that official liquidator attached to this court has been appointed as provisional liquidator on 15.05.2013 in CP 306/2012, these petitions and the pending applications are disposed of, with liberty to revive the same in case orders for appointment of provisional liquidator in CP 306/2012 is recalled.

A copy of the order passed in the captioned petitions will also be filed by the Registry in CP 306/2012.

In case order dated 15.05.2013 passed in CP 306/2012 is recalled, notice will be issued to the petitioners in the captioned petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in CP 511/2013 says that in the said petition, the petitioner has made averments which point to siphoning of assets by the ex-Directors of the respondent company. The learned counsel says that a representation in that behalf has been made to the O.L. Let another copy of the representation be handed over to Ms. Sindhwani, who appears for the O.L. Ms. Sindhwani says that the O.L. will examine the representation and take appropriate steps in that behalf. Needless to say, as and when claims are invited by the O.L., petitioners in the aforementioned matters, will also be at liberty to prefer claims in the prescribed forms, accompanied, by original documents. The captioned petition and the pending applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
