The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, complaining that its representation has not been heard. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for DMRC (respondent no.3) states that the petitioner's representation for relocating the toilet block was considered. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over a response submitted by DMRC to the petitioner. The same indicates that DMRC has rejected the petitioner's representation for relocation of the toilet block.

There is no dispute that the toilet block is being constructed by DMRC on its own land and it is necessary to construct such public conveniences. The petitioner apprehends that the said toilet block would not

be kept in a clean state and would hamper access to its land. Clearly, DMRC would be required to ensure that the toilet block and its immediate surroundings are maintained in a clean and hygienic state. It is expected that DMRC would maintain the requisite standards of cleanliness. If DMRC fails to do so, it will be open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies. 4.

No further orders are required to be passed in this application. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
