O R D E R

% 09.02.2016 I.A.No.1950/2016 (U/o 23 Rule 3 CPC by parties) 1.

This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for recording the compromise between the parties as stated in this application. Different parties have to withdraw the different suits and there are some other terms with respect to the unification process, user of office etc of the Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, and therefore, suit is withdrawn by observing that parties will however be bound and will act upon the agreed terms and conditions as stated in the present application. CS(OS) 1970/2008

Application is allowed and the suit is disposed of leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

The next date i.e 17.3.2016 stands cancelled. 4.

Since the suit is withdrawn before recording of evidence, plaintiffs will be entitled to refund of 50% of court fees in terms of Section 16-A of the Court Fees Act, 1870, as applicable to Delhi and Registry will therefore issue necessary certificate in favour of plaintiff no.1 as agreed to by the counsel for the parties.
