% 18.09.2015 The petitioner no.1 is the husband of the complainant whereas petitioner nos.2 & 3 are the parents of petitioner no.1. The marriage between the complainant and petitioner no.1 went through a rough patch leading to lodging of a First Information Report namely FIR No.11/2015 (CAW Cell, Nanak Pura). During the pendency of this proceedings, the parties settled their differences and an understanding was arrived at between the spouses for an amicable settlement and parting of ways.

The complainant, who is present in person, does not now object to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Considering the aforementioned facts, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest, are directed to be released on their furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO of the concerned police station.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
