The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 06th November, 2019 which is on record.

As per the settlement, judgments debtors have to pay Rs.23,91,354/- to the decree holder on or before 31st March, 2020. 3.

Judgment debtor No.2 present in Court along with his counsel undertakes to pay Rs.23,91,354/- to the petitioner on or before 31st March, 2020. The undertaking of respondent No.2 is hereby accepted. 4.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. J.R. MIDHA, J.
