Mr. Gaurang Kanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the MCD/respondent No. 1 states that, the relief prayed for in the present writ petition has been satisfied, inasmuch as, the subject park situated in Block-3 & 4, Kalkaji Extension, New Delhi, has already been denotified and in terms of the said denotification, the subject park shall not be permitted to be used for social functions, marriages etc., henceforth.
