By way of this application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking bail in case FIR No.218/2000 registered under Sections 397/394/34 IPC at PS Shahdara.

None has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 29th January, 2016, production warrant for the petitioner had been issued.

In pursuance to the direction issued by this Court in respect of the issuance of production warrant of the petitioner, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail, Rohini, Delhi has forwarded through Registrar General of this Court the copy of communication to District Jail Bulandsahar, U.P., which is to the following effect:- BAIL APPLN. 553/2015

"This has reference to Letter No.3758-Crl. Dated 01-022016 issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi directing therein to produce accused Kadir s/o Mohd. Ibrahim on 18th February, 2016 before the Hon'ble High Court in the above mentioned case.

In this regard, it is informed that accused Kadir S/o Mohd. Ibrahim was transferred to Bulandsahar, U.P. in case FIR No.1166/11, (42/09), u/s 379/411 IPC, PS Bulandsahar on 1st June, 2015 after securing bail in Delhi cases. Therefore, the original Order/Production Warrant dated 01-02-2016 issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi fixed for 18-02-2016 in the above mentioned subject is hereby enclosed for further necessary action at your end."

Today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
