% 12.09.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a representation with the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (for short 'NDMC'), seeking permission to utilise the subject premises for the stated non-confirming use of running industrial activities. Leave and liberty granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state that, if such a representation is filed, the

NDMC shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
