1. The present application under Order XLI Rule 19 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the appellants seeking restoration of the captioned appeal, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 17.12.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents have fairly submitted that they do not wish to file any reply to the present application and the appeal may be restored to its original number.
3. In view thereof, the application stands allowed and the captioned appeal is restored to its original number.
