As observed vide proceedings dated 22.10.2018, in view of the mediation settlement arrived at between the parties on 18.08.2018, learned counsel for the appellant thus seeks to withdraw the present matrimonial appeal bearing no.57/12 and accompanying application which are thus dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
