These objections have been filed by the petitioner/contractor to the Award dated 31.05.1995 and the subsequent reasons dated 22.06.2005. A reading of the Award and the subsequent reasons dated 22.06.2005 shows that most of the claims of the petitioner/contractor were dismissed. Since no one appears for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed in default. O.M.P. No.548/2007
