O R D E R

By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to undertake examination and negotiate the marriage proposal of his daughter who is now 30 years old.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report the elder daughter of the petitioner is aged 30 years and the son is aged 27 years. Both the children are unmarried. 3.

Factum of dates of examinations has been also verified which are to take place from 1st June, 2018 to 12th June, 2018. 4.

In view of the facts verified, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on W.P.(CRL) 1609/2018

parole for a period of thirty days, from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Tihar Jail. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
