Perusal of orders shows that for the last several dates, the petitioner is unrepresented. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case. Additionally, learned APP for the State hands over copy of order dated 28.02.2023 whereby at the instance of husband and other family members of the complainant herein, this very FIR has been quashed in view of the settlement between the parties enclosed with the petition. Copy of the order is taken on record.

Since the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition, the same is dismissed in default.
