O R D E R

% 24.05.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay of one month in lodging the FIR. Petitioner is 19 years of age, which fact she has admitted in her affidavit. Prosecutrix has also not supported the prosecution in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. Prosecutrix had given her affidavit before the trial court wherein she has stated that FIR was registered due to misunderstanding. The photocopy of affidavit of prosecutrix is on record as Annexure -C.

The statement of prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has also been perused.

Learned APP submits that prosecutrix is a minor. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this

case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
