O R D E R
% 29.05.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not a party to the collaboration agreement and that brother of the petitioner entered into the collaboration agreement with the complainant, without his knowledge.
He further submits that petitioner has taken up matter with NDMC, in as much as he has filed a suit against his brother and the complainant before the District & Sessions Judge. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
