The stand of the Corporation/North DMC is that timely action has been taken by them and even after the removal of the Reharis/unauthorized Subzi Mandi at the aforenoted site they come up time and again and this is for the police to maintain a constant vigil around that area.

SI Ashok Kumar, from Police Station Patel Nagar is present. He ensures this Court that a constant vigil will be kept in the area in question. For the said purpose concerned SHO (Pramod Joshi) will ensure that one SI and one Head Constable is posted in that area to ensure that the said illegal and unauthorized Subzi Mandi/Rehris at

the aforenoted site (near Block-30, behind West Patel Nagar at the Road Proceeding towards the Lal Mandir Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi) is kept encroachment free.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
