If such issue arises hereafter in some other case, it will be decided on its own merits without reference to the decision of the learned Single Judge.

2. Subject to the above, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge is affirmed as far as the Respondent No.1 is concerned. The withheld results of Respondent No.1 be now declared.
