% 26.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injured had absconded from the hospital.

Doctor has opined injuries of injured as simple. Photocopy of the MLC has been produced. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed. Petitioner is in custody for more than one year. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
