BAIL APPLN. 1194/2018 1.

Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners to seek interim protection in case FIR No.128/2018 under Sections 498-A/406/34 BAIL APPLN. 1194/2018

IPC and Section 4 D.P.Act registered at Police Station Bhawanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal on 31.03.2018.

The petitioners have apprehension of arrest in the said FIR at Delhi. They seek transit bail to approach the concerned court to seek necessary relief as per law. 2.

Since the petitioners are residents of Delhi and have apprehension of arrest by the police of Bhawanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal, in the interest of justice and to enable the petitioners to seek legal remedies as available in law at the concerned court in Bhawanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal, they are granted interim protection against arrest in the above noted FIR for fifteen days from today. On expiry of fifteen days from today, the interim protection would come to end.

In the meantime, the petitioners will be at liberty to avail legal remedies before the court concerned in the said FIR. The petitioners shall not be arrested during the protection period in the said FIR. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
