2.1 Learned counsel says that the instructions have been issued to the concerned Block Development Officer for demarcating the subject land.

2.2 Furthermore, learned counsel says that, if any, unauthorised construction is found, the same would be demolished. The said statement is taken on record.

To be noted, the substantive prayer made in the petition is as follows:- "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of mandamus or any further orders/directions to the respondents for taking proper action and demolishing of the illegal and unauthorized construction a Gram Sabha land bearing khasra no. 19/15/2(2 bigha 3 biswa) Village Jharoda Majra Delhi in the interest of justice."
