% 10.10.2018 After some hearing, the counsel present with the petitioner in person, on instructions, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition challenging the summoning order in the criminal complaint (CC no.123/P/14) of the second and third respondents, liberty being sought for the contentions set out in the petition at hand to be raised as defences in the proceedings before the trial court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, granted. All contentions of all sides are kept open. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
