% 28.02.2017 Parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the Mediator is taken on record.

The details of the settlement are contained in the mediation report dated 23.02.2017. Both the parties shall be bound by the statements given before the Mediator which are in the nature of undertakings and endorsed by this Court.

In view of the aforenoted settlement arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal.

Permission granted.
