1. CS (OS) No. 764 of 2015 be renumbered as a Commercial Suit. The counter claim of the Defendant also be numbered.

2. The final arguments have commenced. The arguments will commence at 2.15 pm hereafter. It is agreed that the Plaintiff's arguments will be endeavoured to be concluded by 30th August 2016. Likewise the Defendant shall endeavour to conclude its arguments by 8th September 2016. In any event both the sides are requested to conclude their arguments by 16th September 2016.
