% 17.02.2016 Mr Narula appearing on behalf of the Central Government has shown us a letter dated 02.11.2015 issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, indicating that Shri B.N. Singh has been relieved from NDMC with effect from 21.10.2015 with a direction to report to his parent department.

In view of this statement, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition. The same stands disposed of.

In case of any difficulty we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach this court.
