The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the Look Out Circular dated 24.11.2017 (hereafter 'LOC') that was issued at the request of the National Investigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Mr Luthra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has been arrested and the request for maintenance of the LOC has been withdrawn by a letter dated 30.07.2018. 3.

In this view, the reliefs sought for by the petitioner in this petition do not survive. Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to avail all remedies as available in law to challenge his detention.

The petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
