By way of present appeal, the appellants seek to challenge the judgment of conviction dated 07.08.2015 and order on sentence dated 04.09.2015 vide which they were convicted for offence under Section 308 /34 IPC and were directed to be released on probation for a period of three years.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the appellants states upon instructions that he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits and wants to withdraw the same.
