O R D E R

(ORAL) 1.

For the relief sought in this petition, Representations of 24th May, 2017 (Annexure P-28 colly.) and 12th December, 2017 (Annexure P-29 colly.) have been made by petitioner, who is working on the post of Data Entry Operator since the year 2009.

Learned senior counsel for petitioner submits that there is no response to the aforesaid Representations (Annexure P-28 and P-29 colly.).

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the applications with permission to petitioner to make a fresh concise Representation within a period of two W.P.(C) 5564/2018

weeks from today qua Communication of 6th April, 2018 (Annexure P27) to seek regularization and release of the salary since October, 2017. If any such Representation is received by respondent-University, then it be duly considered and a speaking response to it be given within a period of eight weeks and fate of the Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Till fate of the Representation is conveyed to petitioner, status quo as of today in respect of service and salary of petitioner be maintained.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
